Now where did this come from? I've always thought that I eventually have to answer for my deeds when making my transition out of this life into the next but the more I think about it ... I smell a rat!
Most religious teachings are talking about sin. Doesn't karma and sin actually talk about the same thing?
Religion kept the ducks in a row by teachings of sin. One of the newest religions today is "New Age" as I perceived it and there are tons of teachings within this movement talking about clearing karma in order to move forward. But really? Who made up those rules? Karma suggests that you will get payback someday and that's like getting punished all over again but with different words.
To me karma sounds very similar to sin and I think that they actually are derivatives from the same source in order to put rules on our lives...
Don't get me wrong I can see a society with just rules where everybody takes responsibility and is liable for their actions but to state that we have clear out karma from other lives just don't does it for me..
What do you think?
